How quickly do we respond?
A corporate site that will not load is a reputation problem. The times below are written into our contract and work the same way for every client.

What counts as urgent? The site being unreachable, forms and contact flows failing, or a suspected hack. Standard support content, pages, design and planned development. The questions we get asked most about pricing, scope and process.
What exactly do you do for security?
Weekly malware and file integrity scanning, review of administrator accounts and access, monitoring of failed login attempts, tracking of outdated components, and multi-factor authentication wherever possible.
Where are my backups kept and how is a restore done?
We take a monthly backup for delivery to you and tell you where it is stored. An additional working backup is taken before updates or risky operations. The rollback backups we hold are kept on a three-month cycle at most.
Are page and content edits included?
They are. Page, menu, content, image and form edits sit in the core maintenance module. New page designs and development beyond 5 hours are quoted separately.
Our business e-mails land in spam, can you fix that?
We can. The e-mail module covers correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, blacklist checks and delivery analysis. Those three records being missing or wrong is the most common cause of the spam problem.
Is GEO work different from SEO?
It is. SEO focuses on Google rankings; GEO arranges content structure, brand definitions and structured data so systems like ChatGPT and Gemini read your site correctly and cite it. We run both together.
Another agency built my site, will you take it over?
We do. We first review the existing setup and produce a picture of its security and update status. Any critical gaps we find are closed within the first month. Handing over the necessary access is enough.
How much does WordPress maintenance cost per month?
The core module, WordPress Website Maintenance and Updates, is 24,900 ₺ per month. You add server management, business e-mail, development and SEO modules as needed; the calculator shows the total instantly. Three modules bring a 10% discount, five 15%, eight 20%.
Is it hard to leave the contract?
No. It runs monthly; if you are not continuing, writing to us before the invoice is issued is enough. We finish the work started in the paid period.
Can I change modules later?
Yes. Once you tell us, the change applies from the next billing period and you approve the new total in writing.
