Shopify infrastructure rarely goes down, but a payment app or a theme fault can stop sales. The times below are written into our contract and apply to every client.

What counts as urgent? The store being unreachable, the cart or checkout not working, or a suspected security issue. The times above are for our response and for starting work; if the fault sits with Shopify or a third-party app, resolution speed also depends on their reply.

They are not. Your monthly Shopify subscription, the subscriptions of installed apps, theme purchases and payment processor commissions are yours. In return we identify accumulated, unnecessary app subscriptions and recommend cancelling them; for most stores that alone is a meaningful saving.
Checkout is restricted by Shopify and is largely limited to the Plus plan. Everywhere else (cart, product, collection, home page) we can customise extensively with Liquid and CSS/JavaScript. We tell you the limit before work begins.
We do. Market definitions, currency and rounding rules, language settings, tax and shipping setups, domain configuration. A wrong setup leads to unprofitable sales, so we plan it from the start. Multi-market builds beyond 5 hours are reviewed and quoted separately.

Yes. Section development, template editing, metafield usage and custom Liquid coding sit in the development module. We implement changes in a way that does not break the theme structure, so your custom code survives theme updates.

The core module, Shopify Store Maintenance and Operations Support, is 24,900 ₺ per month. You add other modules as needed and the calculator shows the total instantly. Three modules bring a 10% discount, five 15%, eight 20%. Your Shopify subscription, app subscriptions and payment commissions are outside this figure.
We work in monthly periods. If you are not continuing, write to us before the invoice is issued. We finish the work already started in the paid period.
Yes. Some clients increase the creative module during peak advertising seasons and reduce it afterwards. Changes take effect in the next billing period with your written approval.
