How quickly do we respond?
In WooCommerce a single update can bring the site down. The times below are written into our contract and apply equally to every client.

Will a plugin update break my site?
It will if it is done without control, and this is the most common problem in WooCommerce. We apply updates with a backup in hand, after compatibility checks and during low-traffic hours, then test the cart and checkout flow.
Do you clean up a hacked site?
Yes, it is part of the core maintenance module: malware cleanup, file integrity checks, restore from backup, closing the gap and hardening against recurrence. Recovery from a heavy attack that runs beyond 5 hours is quoted separately.
Do you also look after hosting and the server?
If you take the server module, yes. Panel management, resource monitoring, PHP version and cache settings, DNS, SSL, firewall and CDN. When we hold server access we can intervene directly in a store outage.
My site is slow, can you speed it up?
Database cleanup, cache and CDN settings, image optimisation and removal of unnecessary plugins are in the core maintenance. A comprehensive speed project beyond 5 hours is planned separately.
Do you handle problems with the payment plugin?
We do. When something goes wrong with card processing, 3D Secure or instalment setups we handle both the plugin side and the coordination with the bank. The bank's own system faults remain outside our control.
Can you run product operations for us?
If you take the Product Management module, yes: product, category, variation, price, stock and image updates, bulk editing and merchandising order. You pick the tier based on your catalogue size.
How much does WooCommerce maintenance cost per month?
The core module, WordPress & WooCommerce Store Maintenance and Operations Support, is 24,900 ₺ a month. You add server, development, product management, marketplace and advertising modules as you need them, and the calculator shows the total instantly. Three modules bring a 10% discount, five 15%, eight 20%.
Can I end the contract whenever I want?
Yes, it runs monthly. If you are not continuing into the next period, written notice before the invoice is issued is enough. Work already started is completed within that period.
Can I add or remove modules?
Of course. Tell us when your needs change and it applies from the next billing period. You approve the new total in writing.
