No. You tick the modules you need one by one and your monthly total appears instantly. Only the core maintenance module is required; the rest is your call. The discount applies automatically as the module count rises.
During weekday business hours we respond to urgent calls within 15–30 minutes. Outside business hours it is 30–60 minutes, at weekends 45–90 minutes, on public holidays 90–180 minutes. These times are the same for every client and do not change with the number of modules you take.
Our monthly support service is only for clients with a contract in place. Requests from companies without an agreement are quoted separately according to the nature of the work. You can get a separate quote for one-off jobs such as malware cleanup, migration or speed work.
Yes. We take over sites built by other agencies. Before the handover we review the existing setup and produce a picture of its security and update status. Handing over the necessary access is enough.
It runs in monthly periods. When you do not wish to continue, written notice by e-mail or WhatsApp before the invoice is issued is enough. Work paid for and already started is completed to the end of the period.
